Job Description
---------------

Palmier Developments is looking for a detail-oriented **Finance Analyst** to support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across our portfolio of residential developments.

You will prepare financial models, analyze project profitability, and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
------------

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate or construction
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- CFA or CMA certification is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
