Job Description
---------------

We are hiring a **Project Engineer** to oversee on-site construction activities for our flagship compound projects. You will ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves coordinating with contractors, reviewing drawings, and reporting progress to the project management team.

Requirements
------------

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and subcontractors simultaneously
- PMP certification is a plus
